We are a trade association of landlords and property managers in Cambria County and beyond.
And we help people find housing by connecting them to landlords.
- We will provide basic information about the applicant but it is your responsibility to screen them.
- If you provide an email address or a cell phone number we will give you their contact information.
- We DO NOT share your contact information with those looking for housing.
There is NO fee to join our network but there is a membership fee for other benefits.
Also if any member has a question or can offer assistance we share it with you.
The GJLA is a great source of advice, especially for newer landlords. And if you live out of the
Johnstown area its great to have a local landlord to call.
